Major repairs and conversion of derelict old dairy in South Tottenham to office/studio for music-industry advertising agency. Maintaining daylight and privacy was particularly difficult as the site was land-locked within terraces of shops and housing. Works included successful party wall negotiations with 11 adjoining owners. The client agency employed building tradesmen directly and the normal architectural service expanded to administration of ordering plant and materials.

Replacement shop-front in Bruce Grove, Tottenham for dry cleaning business. Haringey Council planners approached the practice to undertake this work as part of a grant-aided scheme to improve the environment of this busy but run-down street.
